We visited a company flower bed in Wanjeon-ri, Sinnyeong-myeon, Yeongcheon
for weed control work and tree felling.

Grass had spread between the rocks and around the drainage channel,
giving the entire area a very cluttered look.
Because the company flower bed is next to a path used by people and vehicles,
it looks even messier when the boundary becomes unclear.

In some sections, planted shrubs and weeds were mixed together,
so it was difficult to simply push through everything.

and which parts needed to be cleared,

Work Details
First, we slowly inspected the entire flower bed
and separately identified the areas that needed brush cutter work
and the vine sections that had to be pulled away by hand.
Below the wall, the grass was growing close to the surface,
so we did not angle the brush cutter too deeply
and lowered the edges first as we cleared them.
Because stones and rocks were mixed into the area,
we adjusted the speed to prevent small stones from flying.
The area around a drainage channel is a place where grass spreads easily.
If only the visible grass is cut in places like this,
it can look untidy again after a few days,
so we went over the boundary line once more.
As shown in the during-work photos,
one side was being cleared of grass in the flower bed below the wall,
while remaining weeds were still visible nearby,
showing the work was not yet complete.
So we matched the standard cutting height by section
and continued in order.
For this job, we also felled two trees
along with the weed control.
They were taking up space inside the flower bed,
so we checked the positions of the surrounding rocks and wall
and worked in a way that avoided unnecessary strain.
At this level, the work route has to be planned
more carefully than at a site that only needs mowing.
That is because when cut branches and grass debris get mixed together,
final cleanup becomes more important.

After the work was completed,
much of the tall weeds and brush
that had been covering the rocks was removed.
The ground and stone boundaries that had been hidden by grass
also became much clearer than before.
At first, the boundary between the flower bed and the roadside
looked blurry because it was covered by grass,
but after cleanup, the overall atmosphere changed
to a low and tidy appearance.
The sections where grass had grown up around the drainage channel
were handled together,
so the long flower bed looked organized at a glance.
In an exterior company space, even small boundaries
stand out clearly,
so attention has to be paid to finishing the edges.
For green spaces attached to the roadside,

even a small spread of weeds becomes noticeable quickly.

and trimmed the entire work area low.
